We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with the hotel and rooms always well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor pools. We loved the variety, from the pools for kids to the larger water slides. The location outside of the city center was ideal, as it was near the water park and market. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Spacious and clean rooms. Little fridge in the room that you can fill with your own stuff. Micro Wave in the room (although I wouldn't know for what to use it, as you can't find micro wave food in the shops),
No roomservice, no food available after 17h30, no minibar in the room, very hard beds. Lots of noise coming from outside during the night (probably from the pool or general airco or something), you get used to it after a day or two though. You have to pay € 12 a day to use the indoor swimming pool lol, and you have to pay for almost everything...things like the fitness, tennis, squash,....You even have to pay €25 to get the remote control from the television (and its not a deposit, you really have to pay to get it) It looks nice and has spacious rooms but that's about it, would not visit it again.

the only thing that was nice in this hotel was the room and the sweeming pool area!
the staff from the reception was very inefficient and slow, big chaos in the Coral restaurant you have to wait in line to get your seat, the mattress on our bad they were very rocky, you have to pay 4 euro for an Internet hour, you have to pay 2 euro for a sunbed mattress, the hotel generally is noisy and very busy so your sleep will not be one of the best,we definitely not recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!

We had a fantastic family holiday at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with all the information we needed upon arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage and even a microwave. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with towels changed daily and beach towels available for a small deposit. We loved the variety of food on offer, with different options each day. The pools were a highlight, with options for all ages and even aqua-fit classes. We also appreciated the policy of removing towels from unoccupied beds, ensuring everyone had the chance to enjoy the pool areas. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely return again!

I like the rooms, position in town and the restaurant.
Swiming pool only 1.2m , the food was poor in chicken breast, and the rooms did not have safe box included in the price ofthe room only available for 25euro

Rooms are huge, clean and calm. The outdoor pool is big, located in the Olympic complex.
The hotel was full of old retired people. The breakfast has a large choice of food, but more international than spanish, and quality is not so good. Beach is at leats 15 min walking.

The hotel pools were fantastic and offered a range of options for guests of all ages. The indoor playroom was also a plus for those with young children. the hotel's location was convenient, being just a short walk from shops and restaurants.
The food quality was lacking and the noise level in the main restaurant was often uncomfortably high. there were limited options for dining outside of the hotel which could be a drawback for those looking for a change of scenery.

The staff!! especially restaurant and entertainment were great, super excellent with kids and made us feel so welcome. Lots of fun entertainment planned and dancing in the evenings. The rooms were cleaned superbly everyday and the food especially the salads on the buffet were varied and delicious!
Only that the beds are quite hard (no problem for us) and if you have back problems or are a real bed person I would recommend finding out if there are perhaps alternative rooms before you book.

I recently had an amazing week, long holiday at a hotel near a vibrant market and a thrilling water park. the location was ideal, as it was outside of the bustling city center, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a clean, well, maintained bathroom. the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. In terms of facilities, I particularly loved the pool area, which had a variety of pools for all ages, including water slides. the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, ensuring that there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
It would have been more convenient if there were some options provided, especially for those who wanted a late, night snack after the evening entertainment.

Infrastructure was ok, rooms are spacious with good beds and a good bed- sofa, 2 tv, cabinets, minibar and microwave. The pools are large and one of them is with salt water. The reception is very helpful and the buffet meals are a good selection of international food. It is a typical vacation hotel and shares its infrastructure with 2 other Evenia hotels located on the same compound sharing the pools and evening entertainment.
Our room was facing the quiet side street which we were thankful for as the noice of every evening entertainment is very loud.

Had an amazing weekend with my family at this hotel. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local shops. the pools were great, especially the saltwater one. the food was delicious and varied, perfect for all tastes. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped.
The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for some of us. the information provided on arrival was limited, and it took a bit of time to get our bearings around the hotel.
